These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and RoSearch ("RoSearch," "we," "us"), the operator of the RoSearch platform at rosearch.gg.
By creating an account or using any part of the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
At the time of account registration, you will be asked to affirmatively accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy by checking a box (clickwrap consent). Your use of the service after that point constitutes ongoing acceptance.
RoSearch is a Roblox game discovery tool that scans publicly available Roblox catalog data to help users find games matching specific criteria. The service operates by querying public Roblox APIs, aggregating game metadata, and presenting filtered results based on user-defined campaign configurations. Additional features include CSV export and Discord webhook integration for result delivery.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged $20.00 USD each month on the same date as your original subscription. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.
In accordance with the California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.), we provide clear and conspicuous disclosure of the automatic renewal terms, a mechanism to cancel, and confirmation of your subscription upon purchase.

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to a refund and agree that this no-refund policy is fair and reasonable given the availability of a free evaluation tier.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate and permanent account termination with no right to reinstatement. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, by subscribing to a paid plan and expressly consenting at checkout that the digital service begins immediately, you acknowledge and agree that:

All aspects of the RoSearch platform — including but not limited to the software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, and documentation — are owned by RoSearch and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the service (campaign names, filter configurations). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Scan results are derived from publicly available Roblox API data. We do not claim ownership of any Roblox game data or content. All Roblox trademarks, service marks, trade names, and game content belong to Roblox Corporation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scan results. Roblox API availability and data accuracy are outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws of the EU.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RoSearch, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (c) content you provide or actions you take through the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you additionally benefit from mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under such mandatory provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at contact@rosearch.gg. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may bring proceedings in the competent courts of the State of Delaware, United States. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated to, and currently do not, participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration body.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the service after the 30-day notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service and may delete your account.

RoSearch is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with Roblox Corporation or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. The name "Roblox" and all related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Any use of Roblox trademarks on this platform is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms agreed at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and RoSearch regarding your use of the service. They supersede all prior agreements, negotiations, and representations.
